Perfect Sound
This auxiliary was the best choice for my older Honda. The sound quality is perfect and the install was plug and play. The price was so reasonable, I am considering the Bluetooth. Thank you Blitzsafe. Larry Coswerth (Sep 01 2016, 22:45 PM)
Great Product
I just installed the HON / AUX DMXV.1 to my older Honda and it was super easy. Now I can listen to all my music from my phone or any of my friends phones. I am a happy customer and would recommend this product to all of my friends. Great Product!Ron (Aug 18 2016, 22:49 PM)
Good Aux
This aux was just what I needed to add my music to the factory radio. It was so simple and the sound is high quality. It only took me about 30 minutes for the entire install. Blitzsafe makes good products and I would recommend them to anyone. Charles (Aug 16 2016, 20:58 PM)
Took me longer to get the trim off than it did to connect my Blitzsafe
Literally could not be more pleased with this, my 2nd Blitzsafe adapter. First one is in a 2002 VW Passat and I was pleased as hell with it. This one is going in to a 99 Honda Accord LX (bone stock). The sound quality is superb, there is NO hiss or electrical system interference like you get from FM transmitters or tape adapters. Install|| Ordered, yanked the radio/AC trim off (two screws and a bunch of clips), 4 screws for the radio and I was golden. This one \"disables\" the factory-installed CD player (the single disc unit) by swapping the Blitzsafe\'s Molex connector for that of the CD player. No problem for me as I haven\'t loaded a CD into that thing in hmm, well, ever. I purchased a 10\'-long premium AUX cable from monoprice and ran it from the RCA female connectors to the AUX cables RCA males, then fed the cable through and out the underside of the dash, then tucked it in along the console trim. I popped the back piece of trim off the arm rest, the drilled a 1/2-inch hole into the bin under the armrest and fed the remainder of the AUX cable through the hole. Buttoned everything back up and boom, done. The excess length of the cord (maybe 4 feet) makes it easy to hold the iPhone and change songs, etc. wherever you\'re sitting in the car. Quit wondering whether this is too much money to pay to have your iPhone play on your old Honda. It\'s not. And over the course of 2 weeks, I\'ll bet you ate that much in restaurant and fast food that was completely unmemorable. But decent music in your little Japanese CommuterBox? That\'s worth something.Webslog (Apr 12 2014, 18:44 PM)
